Jobs are scheduled in the order received and every effort is made to minimize service time and fix it right the first time. If I make a mistake, I will always do what it takes to make things right. There are many reasons most of my customers are repeat business partners.

Hotel accommodations for service requiring overnight stay.
Closest Holiday Inn Express or equivalent.
Miles traveled to customer's site and home.
Daily allowance for service with overnight stay or 11+ hours in a day.
Parts or supplies purchased for service with no markup.
2% Late fee added if not paid within
terms and each additional 30 days.
Payments can be made by cash, ACH, check or credit card. Net 30 billing standard.
