Committed To Your Business

I take pride in my work. My goal is to get your machine fixed properly, nothing else. When I am working at your shop, you are paying for my time, not someone else trying to call. Jobs are scheduled in the order received and every effort is made to minimize service time and fix it right the first time. If I make a mistake, I will always do what it takes to make things right. There are many reasons most of my customers are repeat business partners. 

Service Rates:

On-site Labor

$135 / hour

Time at customer's site.                                  

Weekends x 1.5

Travel Labor

$75 / hour

Time travelling to customer's site and home.           

Weekends x 1.5

Expenses:

Lodging

Actual Billed Rate

Hotel accommodations for service requiring overnight stay.

Closest Holiday Inn Express or equivalent.

Mileage

$.70 / mile

Miles traveled to customer's site and home.

Per diem

$50 / day

Daily allowance for service with overnight stay or 11+ hours in a day. 

Billable Expense

Actual Billed Price

Parts or supplies purchased for service with no markup.



Late Fees

2% of Balance

2% Late fee added if not paid within 

terms and each additional 30 days.


Payments can be made by cash, ACH, check or credit card. Net 30 billing standard.
